SQL Developer

 

This is a great contract opportunity for an experienced SQL Developer who is looking for a 6 month contract role with a well-established Central London based organisation.

 

As a SQL Developer, you will work alongside other Developers and be responsible for designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability and performance.

 

As a SQL Developer typical responsibilities will include:

** Assist in writing in-application SQL statements.

** Maintaining security, performance and availability of databases.

** Preparation of documentations and specifications.

** Maintain effective communications with team members and stakeholders

 

To be successful for the SQL Developer role, you must have:

** Excellent SQL Development experience.

** Previous experience of complicated SQL statements.

** Best practices (with relational databases).

** Programming views, stored procedures, and functions.

** Previous experience writing queries used for front-end applications.

 

It would be beneficial, but not essential for the SQL Developer to have:

** Github

** Ideally SQL certified

 

The successful SQL Developer will receive a 6 month contract with a £350 – £400 day rate
