A typical day as a Graduate Support Engineer will involve:
- 1st line support using phone, e-mail and face to face to contact clients
- Technical presentations to clients showing the company’s products and services.
- Liaise with colleagues and assist them in wining new accounts.
- Liaise with the development team through code in different languages and platforms for companies APIs.
- Develop testing procedures.
- Insure Quality Assurance.
The successful Graduate Support Engineer must have:
- Degree in Computer Science or IT degree with relevant experience.
- Proficient with at least programming language as PHP, Java, Python, C#, C++, VB.NET (etc).
- Understanding of programming models.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge with MS Windows, Linux and Mac.
- SQL experience.
- Motivation to learn new technologies.
