A typical day as a Graduate Support Engineer will involve:

• 1st line support using phone, e-mail and face to face to contact clients
• Technical presentations to clients showing the company’s products and services.
• Liaise with colleagues and assist them in wining new accounts.
• Liaise with the development team through code in different languages and platforms for companies APIs.
• Develop testing procedures.
• Insure Quality Assurance.

The successful Graduate Support Engineer must have:

• Degree in Computer Science or IT degree with relevant experience.
• Proficient with at least programming language as PHP, Java, Python, C#, C++, VB.NET (etc).
• Understanding of programming models.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge with MS Windows, Linux and Mac.
• SQL experience.
• Motivation to learn new technologies.
