As a Software Engineer typical responsibilities will include:

** Working closely with a variety of departments within the organisation understanding clients requirements of specific software components.

** On-going updating of documentation on projects.

** Some travel to client sites (including outside of the UK).

** Maintain companies policies and procedures as well as client quality service.

** Interact with clients on a daily basis, some of which are large key accounts.

 

To be successful for this Software Engineer position, you must have Experience of:

** C++.

** Visual Studio.

** Debugging.

** Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise internally and externally articulately.

 

Knowledge of the following would be of particular interest:

** C#.

** XML.

** WinForms.

** Graphics Card.

 

It would be advantageous, but not essential for the Software Engineer to have:

** MATLAB.

** Machine Integration.
