We are seeking a Software Developer with Python experience for an expanding organisation located in Cambridge town centre.

 

As a Software Developer you will form part of the team developing and maintaining the software tools used to manage the companies storage systems and website.

 

Working closely with a variety of department within the organisation, including Strategy, Planning, Marketing, Development, Design and Project Management.

 

The ideal Software Developer will be enthusiastic about Python and producing high-quality code, as well as an interest in emerging technology.

 

To be considered for the Software Developer role, you should have Knowledge or experience of:

** Great experience of delivering projects in Python.

** Git.

** Linux.

** Agile / Scrum Methodology.

** continuous integration and continuous delivery.

 

Any knowledge of the following would be useful (but not essential):

** DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, or Docker).

 

As a Software Developer, you should be Self-motivated, have strong written and communication skills and have excellent attention to detail

 

Any relevant degree in computer science or mathematics would also be of interest.
